Obituary for Joseph Martin Rinaldi
Millerton – Joseph Martin Rinaldi, 67, a local area resident and former longtime Manhattan, NY, resident died suddenly on May 6, 2016 at his home in Millerton. Mr. Rinaldi worked for the Stratum Group in Manhattan as chief executive officer prior to his retirement.
Born September 9, 1948 in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Helen (Del Negro) and Mariano Rinaldi. Mr. Rinaldi is survived by his beloved son Timothy Rinaldi; a loving sister, Elsie Rebovich; his loving former wife, Nancy Flood Rinaldi and his beloved dog Roshi. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a sister, Anita D’Alessio and his longtime loving companion Libby McClintock.
Private family visiting hours were held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 9-10:15am. Committal took place at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie, NY, on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:15am. A private memorial service took place later that day. Memorial contributions may be made to the North East Community Center, P.O. Box 35, Millerton, NY 12546.
