Obituary for David Eric "Rick" Finkle
Millerton – David Eric “Rick” Finkle, 68, a lifelong Millerton resident died Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Mr. Finkle was a self-employed painter for many years in the tri-corner area.
Born November 10, 1947 in Sharon, CT, he was the son of the late Ambrose A. and Lila B. (Snyder) Finkle. Rick attended Webutuck High School and was a talented artist often using charcoal as a medium for this work. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by all.
Rick is survived by his daughter Victoria Delbuono, two grandchildren, two sisters; Sandra and Linda, two brothers; Michael and Ambrose “Bub” Finkle , his great niece Lyla Milton and her husband Jim and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, Amanda and Loren Milton and his nephews Landon and Brice.
There are no calling hours. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Scott D. Conklin Funeral Home, 37 Park Avenue, Millerton, NY 12546.
