Salisbury – Gunvor Hollander, 87, a one year resident of Salisbury, CT formerly of Wyckoff, NJ died Friday, July 26, 2019 at Sharon Hospital. Mrs. Hollander was an office manager for Connecticut General Life Insurance Company in New Jersey for thirty years retiring in 1992.

Born August 29, 1931 in Odda, Norway, she was the daughter of the late Haarald and Helga Rodberg. On September 27, 1958 in New York City, she married Richard K. Hollander. Mr. Hollander died in 2017. Mrs. Hollander enjoyed reading, knitting, needle point and painting in her spare time and will be dearly missed by her loving family.

Mrs. Hollander is survived by three children; Erika Hollander of Salisbury, Richard K. Hollander, Jr. of Brooklyn, NY and Christopher Hollander and his wife Kathleen McEwan of New York, NY; a grandson, Samuel Bradway of New York, NY and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Harald Hollander and her sister Else Andres.
